Hummadruz received a small grant from the Arts Council of Wales' "Arts Resilience Fund" which means we're still creating weird and wonderful work during this strange Covid era.
We want to develop the company, grow, create new, bigger, better, stronger, faster productions...accessible to EVERYONE.... and we have 2 small jobs that you may be right for....deadline for both is Sept 28th, 2020.
Producer / Cynhyrchydd
Hummadruz would like to engage a freelance Producer to help us plan and prepare for a future touring production, “When the Dragons came back to Wales” -a collaboration with composer Lenny Sayers.
We’re looking for someone who can advise, contribute ideas and make contacts in order to grow our sustainability and boost the offer of our production.
We need a highly experienced professional who can help us with:
Budgeting;
Venue and performance bookings;
Grant applications & raising funds;
Advice on strategic plans, with particular regard to the Well-Being of Future Generations Act and future Covid developments.
We are looking for a patient, good-humoured person who can help us engage with Theatres, Festivals and more surprising performance opportunities.
This opportunity has a fee of £800 to cover the equivalent of 4 days work which can be done remotely.
Desirable skills:
Welsh speaker;
Knowledge of the UK and International Festival network;

Marketing Professional / Marchnatwr Proffesiynol
Hummadruz are looking for an experienced professional marketer who can help and advise us on raising the profile of the company: communicating who we are, what we do, and promoting our work to partners, audiences, participants, and stakeholders across all platforms.
We need a positive and energetic person with a good understanding of Theatre culture in Wales and the power of social media and digital marketing as a means to develop audiences.
Key roles and responsibilities
· Work with the team to raise the profile of Hummadruz and contribute to our marketing strategy.
· Advise on growing our Social Media presence
· Help develop relationships with other like-minded organisations and potential partners
· Advise on re-designing our website
· Identify new avenues of audience development and promote current initiatives.
· Help develop and implement a marketing and communications plan that responds to our Business Plan in partnership with the Artistic Director.
This opportunity has a fee of £800 to cover the equivalent of 4 days work which can be done remotely.

Good news! #Hummadruz has been awarded a "Stabilisation fund for Organisations" grant from @Celf_Cymru @Arts_Wales_ @celfcymruarts
During this Covid era, we'll now be able to run a programme of skill-building, strategic planning and research and development for our next major production, "WHEN THE DRAGONS CAME BACK TO WALES / DRAGON FLY!" which will be a continuing partnership with composer Lenny Sayers.
